Burgos Group was tasked with reviewing policies and regulations, written and unwritten, and then analyzing the utility management, compliance testing routine and the operation and maintenance procedures of the Keams Canyon Water System. We provided a written set of recommendations to establish a revised set of policies that enhanced the operation of the utility and ensured it complied with all applicable laws and regulations. Burgos Group also provided an ongoing operator training series for Tribal Agency staff so they would comply with all EPA requirements for the operation of a Public Water Supply system.
