COMPA Industries, Inc. (COMPA) has an extensive track record of providing excellent professional services for various government agencies, including the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Department of Defense (various military installations). COMPA provides a multitude of services ranging from engineering disciplines, IT support services to quality programmatic support areas.

In its history, COMPA has successfully provided expertise in the areas of engineering, facilities support, and programmatic services to the Department of Defense. Notable successes include:

  • Department of Army – The relocation of DOD laboratories and equipment from Hanscom and Edwards AFB laboratories to Phillips Laboratories on Kirtland AFB.
  • Department of the Air Force – Provided financial and program support and analysis to their core missions of Directed Energy (RD) and Space Vehicles (RV) by working along each program in tracking project milestones and budget performance.
  • Army Corp of Engineers – Provided environmental engineering and support to the decommissioning of over 52 missile silos around the United States and performed various testing and Phase 1 Site Assessments.

Blue Lynx Resources (BLR), is an engineering and technical support services consulting firm dedicated to support and success of their client’s mission requirements in operational support, logistics, system engineering and test, and program management.

Headquartered in New Mexico, BLR is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that was founded in 2000. They possess a broad base of capabilities that include technical, management and support services for the government and private sector.

The staff at BLR has proven themselves in many engineering projects for federal government agencies. They bring to the team extensive experience working on highly sensitive programs involving complex logistical and technical challenges – such as performance assessment work with the Air Force and Navy on weapons systems, communication systems, NASA satellite and launch systems, test and evaluation work on directed energy systems for the Air Force and Marine Corps, as well as numerous system engineering projects for the Air Force and Navy.

BLR possesses a significant amount of experience managing complex technical projects of every kind, from overseas base establishment support to technology development and fielding projects.
