Burgos Group removed one interior mounted, manually-operated roll-up steel door and replaced it with a new insulated steel motorized roll-up door with a fire rating of 3 hours at the Naval Support Activity – Philadelphia, PA. The new door also required a bottom sensing safety edge to reverse the door in case of an obstruction. The installation included all controls, heavy-duty motor, operator, conduit and associated wiring. Burgos Group also installed wind locks on door and lintel brush weather-stripping. The motor operator included a geared limit switch, and an electrically interlocked emergency chain operator.
